Our Mascot

Metta, Director of HR

Metta, Community Engagement Advisor

Typically, when an HR professional uses the idiom “take a walk” they usually aren’t referring to a positive outcome. However, Metta, our community engagement advisor, stresses daily walks as a way to achieve work-life balance. It is a philosophy that she practices every day. She also thinks it promotes creativity.

Metta is the Pali term meaning loving-kindness, friendliness, goodwill, benevolence, inoffensiveness and non-violence. These are important traits in all professionals.
